As CTO, Simon collaborates with companies to leverage the ServiceNow platform, helping them optimize growth, innovation, and business agility. He also unites business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation, enterprise streamlining, and process simplification efforts.

Before joining ServiceNow, Simon was the EVP (CIO) and Accountable Executive for Operational Resilience within Lloyds Banking Group – the UK’s largest bank – where he also led the strategy, design, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform across IT, HR, Risk, Procurement, and Payment Operations.

Previously, he served as the CIO for TSB (UK Bank) along with various technology leadership positions in Insurance at Towergate, Aviva, and Norwich Union.

Simon also holds a variety of pro-bono Non-Executive Director roles in education.
