In his current role as Head of Business Process Optimisation with Barclaycard, Sebastian has successfully  designed , developed and implemented Lean program for Barclaycard Business Solutions that resulted in significant cost savings. As a result of his success he is now leading 2 large scale business transformation programs in which he is conducting an experimental pilot in bringing together the Lean efficiency principles and Agile methodologies to deliver the transform program on time and within budgets. He also Heads the Automation agenda for Barclaycard where for the first time in financial services he has successfully deployed a factory assembly line model for automating business processes.
