Sandi Fajariadi is the Vice President of Merchant Enterprise and Support at DOKU. He is responsible for handling merchant integration process including daily troubleshooting, making sure merchant’s online payment operation through DOKU run smoothly. His scope of responsibility above give him an opportunity to observe and critically analyze merchant’s pain points in operating online payments. Furthermore, his knowledge on merchant’s end-to-end payment process enables him to structuring product strategy, providing deeper insight on how to better merchant’s experience when using DOKU as their Payment Gateway. Starting 2016, Sandi was trusted to lead DOKU’s system enhancement project and become the product lead of the newly launched merchant’s fast on-boarding web portal.
