Russell has over 16 years of leadership experience across 3 major UK banks.

Russell joined Bank of Ireland in 2017 as Head of Direct Sales. In 2018 his role expanded to cover the whole of Sales, including Intermediary Sales and the relationship management with our partners Post Office and AA. He is responsible for delivery of Intermediary, Direct and Online sales proposition in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Russell has a keen interested in all aspects of the housing market and is driven by making a difference in key areas such as helping First time buyers and increasing options for an ageing population.

Russell previously worked as Regional Mortgage Director for Williams and Glyn (RBS). His career history also includes senior mortgage roles with Santander and Lloyds.
