Russ is a commercially focused business builder and investor who advises and supports founders and their management teams on their commercial, marketing and operational strategies. A track record of 20+ years delivering successful enterprise growth strategies across the UK, EMEA & US markets within fast-paced and high growth SaaS, advertising, E-commerce and data driven technology solutions.

His strong technology knowledge is coupled with deep experience building teams within enterprise, advertising and marketing technology driven sectors. A natural and engaging communicator who has deep public speaking and hosting experience and likes to build collaborative partnerships and maintains robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Russ was previously a key early member of the Google UK leadership team who grew the team from 25 to 3000 people and the revenue from £10m to £1billion during his tenure. He is now an active advocate for change within the Identity space and is a group member of the identity working group within the UK’s Department for Digital, Science and Technology (DSIT) and the OIX, helping shape up the future of digital identity.

He brings deep experience supporting high growth international technology companies and has a passion for marketing development and start-up growth. He also brings Board experience on a number of high growth technology investments, regularly contributes to Podcasts and industry websites and is a media trained spokesperson and public speaker for IDVerse – An OCR Labs Company.
