Robert (Bob) Eve is a Senior Data Management Strategist here at TIBCO Software.

In that role, he works with organizations to advance their data-driven businesses through innovative data strategies, modern data architectures, and advanced data management technologies.

After gaining degrees from both the University of California at Berkeley, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Bob built a career in enterprise software with executive leadership roles at Oracle, PeopleSoft, Informatica, Cisco, and now TIBCO.

Further, Bob is an acknowledged expert in data virtualization, creator of the data virtualization category, and co-author of the first book on the subject.
