Rio Li joined CTBC in 2013 and established CTBC Blockchain Lab in Oct 2016. As a leader of the Lab, Rio is responsible for applying Blockchain technology to financial services and coordinates all POC projects with business units and subsidiaries. He facilitates resource from partners, such as R3 consortium, and cooperates with Blockchain startups in Taiwan to develop domestic ecosystem.
