Rikke’s entire career has been focused in the hub of Leadership, Technology and Entrepreneurship. She started her career in financial investment management software and worked for 11 years at SimCorp. She later founded Hoosh Technologies, an online competitive intelligence company specializing in Search Marketing. Rikke worked for Silicon Valley based Accelerator Blackbox, mentoring international startups and helping entrepreneurs tap into the Silicon Valley and accelerate their businesses. Rikke started her Google Career helping US based banks and insurance companies grow their business through digital channels out of San Francisco, and most recently she joined Google Copenhagen as Industry Manager for Finance.

Rikke graduated with a Masters in Digital Communication from the University of Aalborg in Denmark and later on added an EMBA from the University of Lugano in Switzerland
