Rachel is the Design Studio Partner for Globant in the UK, and she has over 20 years of experience in digital and UX design. She has worked with several leading brands to help them create personalised customer experiences by unearthing customer insights and developing breakthrough solutions with strategic thinking. Rachel is a specialist in qualitative and quantitative research and has extensive experience in creating new methodologies that connect with consumers on all levels and across a diverse range of projects. 

She believes passionately that understanding human behaviour is the foundation from which great ideas are created, products succeed and brands are future-proofed. 

Rachel has worked both on client-side and consultancy, gaining experience with many blue-chip companies such as Nestle and Samsung Design Europe. As UX Research Manager at Samsung, she created strategic approaches to monetise and introduce new user experiences across multiple platforms and global business units.
