Peter Neufeld leads the Digital and Customer Experience capability, and the EY-Seren team for Financial Services, as a Partner in the UK & EMEIA for EY.

Over the course of his career Peter has provided strategic insight, creative thinking, and reliable technology to some of the most successful businesses in the world. He has built digital agencies, through both organic growth and successful acquisitions, created global human-centred design capability and established innovation centres to maturity and scale. His teams have developed award winning service, product and experience design solutions, launched new business propositions, and delivered digital transformation programmes and solutions for FinTechs, SMEs, Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies that have created new customers and measurable efficiencies in highly regulated regional and global financial services environments as well as other sectors.

Through his work, he is helping organizations gain competitive advantage by becoming customer-centric in everything they do. This encompasses everything from putting research, analytics and insight at the heart of proposition development, to creating and improving innovation functions, and championing service design and design thinking inside of large organizations in order to effectively harness the potential of advanced technology and changes in human behaviour. He champions new ways of working and using digital technologies to transform how financial services are delivered more meaningfully to consumers around the world.
