Pella is Head of Products Strategy and Customer Experience at TSB where she leads thinking on new product and proposition development. Pella is particularly passionate about using data, insight and research to better understand customer needs and inspire new and innovative solutions to customer problems.
Pella began her career in strategy at the Boston Consulting Group and moved into banking in 2010 when she joined Lloyds Banking Group. Pella studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University and is a proud Teach First alumni. Outside of work, Pella enjoys weekends in the hills and holidays in the mountains and by the coast.
