Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of UKI Financial Services at Accenture, overseeing Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. He has responsibility for delivering industry-focused strategy, consulting, technology and operations to organisations in the Financial Services industry. Paul joined Accenture in 2007 and has extensive experience in transforming the business and operating models of large Financial Services clients, including large UK Retail Banks. Paul specialises in translating strategic business goals into actions that deliver tangible operational outcomes for clients. Before Accenture, Paul worked for PDS Consulting as a Managing Consultant and spent twenty years in the automotive industry.
