Paul has worked for – and with – banks, wealth management and fintech companies throughout Europe and the Middle East including Bank Muscat, BNP Paribas, Cheltenham & Gloucester (C&G), Deutsche Bank AG, Hargreaves Lansdown, Leeds Permanent Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group, Midland Bank, HSBC Global, Northern Rock Bank, Riyad Bank, and, TD Bank.
For 20 years, Paul has run a business development consultancy practice while teaching and coaching. He has an unwavering focus on product and service innovation to maximize the customer experience.
He specialises in strategic management, all aspects of digital innovation, leadership, optimising digital sales & marketing strategies, product management and proposition development. He is also co-founder of 2 FinTech companies, one dedicated to the use of cloud technology and the other helps FS companies deploy new technology and innovation – particularly low-code development platforms.
Paul published his first book ‘Next Generation Finance’ in 2011. He attended Aston University where he read Business Management and he has an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management. He is a graduate, Fellow and Associate Director of The London Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a Chartered Marketer, a graduate and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
