Paul is a commercial marketer who has 20 years’ experience working with companies in Ireland and international markets.  He blends his expertise in consumer psychology, behavioural economics, analytics and CRM to not only answer the question “why consumers buy” but “how can we make them buy more”.  An expert in customer experience transformation he has directed activities which has enhanced customer lifetime value and delivered sustainable results.  He has consulted with a range of companies and lectures on the MBA programme in DCU and is on the  Board of Directors of Fighting Blindness.
