After 10 years at Accenture Olivier co-founded and managed Smile in the Benelux region which is now the European leading Open Source integrator.

Olivier has then joined ING Group first as Global Head of Regulatory Change overseeing global implementations such as EMIR or MIFID ii. In 2018 Olivier joined the Innovation Office Management Team as Global Head of FinTechs overseeing the scouting, selection and partnering between FinTechs and ING units. Since 2020 Olivier also oversees all incubation and acceleration activities at the ING Labs with one clear purpose: creating maximum impact for ING and its clients.
