Oded is Head of Payments at HERE Mobility.  Through a series of partnerships and technologies his team ensures passengers around the world have the ability to pay online for their ride while using HERE Mobility’s global marketplace for transportation in 80 countries. In addition, Oded is responsible  for partnering with banks and digital wallets that integrate HERE Mobility’s marketplace into their digital platforms and providing additional financial services to mobility players worldwide.   As the financial and mobility industries are beginning to merge, Oded is leading an effort to enable financial players to offer rides and services using the HERE Mobility platform.

In prior roles, Oded headed Visa in Israel for eight years, founded Visa’s Tel Aviv Innovation Studio and led a variety of other initiatives there.  He spent much of his career in startups, including as a founder of TaxiTech, which provided mobile payment and alternative media solutions in taxis in New York City and elsewhere.

Oded graduated Harvard College with honors and Penn Law School as an Editor of the Law Review.
