Nikki is responsible for the brands and marketing for Pay.UK and its services (including but not limited to Bacs, Faster Payments, Cheques, CASS, Paym, Request to Pay, Confirmation of Payee). This includes the multi-million-pound award winning integrated communications campaign for the Current Account Switch Service (CASS) to increase brand awareness using multi-channel paid media, PR and social. She is also responsible for the development of the B2B brands and marketing strategy for Pay.UK in its role as the new home for the UK payment schemes.

Nikki has developed an extensive knowledge of media, creative and messaging strategy to deliver effective communications and marketing. She has managed various complex projects requiring excellent agency and stakeholder management, budget management, planning and problem-solving skills. From her experience in research management, she understands the importance of rigorous measurement, with an evidence and insight led approach to contribute towards effective decision making. Working within financial services for most of her career, she has extensive knowledge on the industry and the related customer needs and behaviours.

She have exceptional organisational, communication and presentation skills, having presented to various critical stakeholders, including board, clients and regulators, and facilitated workshops in the wider payment’s community. Working in a matrix structure Nikki recognises the importance of building relationships to ensure collaboration and synergies across the organisation to deliver the best outcome.
