Nick is the Head of Customer Success and Mortgage Product, UK at Zafin, the world’s leading SaaS cloud-native product and pricing platform for the next generation of banking. In his role, Nick looks after the ongoing well-being of Zafin’s customers across the European region, by forging strong working relationships. Working alongside his global colleagues, Nick ensures all of Zafin’s European clients are fully leveraging Zafin’s best in class platform to deliver innovative value propositions with consistency, auditability and full transparency.

Prior to joining Zafin, Nick spent over 13 years at Barclay’s, most recently as the Lead Architect for Mortgages. In his spare time, Nick is the Organiser of DevOps Exchange Manchester, a global group dedicated to the practice of the culture of rapid IT service delivery.
