Natalie Pallotta joined FIS in April 2024 and serves as Chief of Staff for the Digital and Open Banking division, which covers FIS Digital One, Banking API services and Code Connect products. In this role she is primarily responsible for strategy and planning for the division, whilst also leading the Digital and Open Banking PMO.

Natalie’s 18+ year career spans both banking and technology. Before FIS, Natalie spent 15 years at JP Morgan Chase, where she held diverse leadership roles across operations, technology, and site management. Natalie later expanded her expertise at Lumen Technologies where she was responsible for driving strategic initiatives and innovation as Chief of Staff and Head of Product.

Natalie is a results oriented strategic leader with a passion for driving mission critical projects from concept to execution. She is an innovative problem solver with analytical aptitude to translate leadership vision into meaningful organizational objectives and lead program implementations with a proven track record of delivering business results while building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners.

A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Natalie holds a degree in Communications and lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and three children. Her passion for transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation continues to shape the future of banking and technology.
