Natalie has over 28 years’ experience in Financial services, working for Skipton Building Society She has worked across a number of roes across the Society and is an accomplished deliverer of Strategic change. She has spent the last 9 years focused on delivering Operational Efficiencies with a clear focus on improving Customer Journeys across Distribution teams. Continuing in this, she has recently taken up a new opportunity to lead the focus on improving Operational Customer Communications. Natalie is married and has one son and enjoys walking and playing golf.
