After a few years working for Arthur Andersen as a consultant, Nabil joined HPS in 2001. In 2003, Nabil was in charge of the creation and development of HPS Dubai, in charge of commercial and operational development for all Asia-Middle East region clients of the company. Nabil is now Regional Director for Asia and the Middle East. He is also a member of the GPS Board of Directors.
