Michael joined Klarna as Chief Commercial Officer in 2015 from American Express. While at American Express he soon moved on to become Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Partnerships and Latin American Business, and most recently was head of the company’s flagship loyalty program, Membership Rewards, pioneering and developing partnerships with the likes of Uber, AirBnB, Amazon and Ticketmaster. Michael will be kicking off day 3 with his keynote address on Klarna’s new approach to banking.
