Maxim joined Tinkoff in 2013 and is responsible for defining and executing the lender’s mobile strategy, including managing its award-winning app (The Best Mobile Bank in Russia 2013-2016 according to Deloitte, MarksWebb Rank&Research, Global Finance magazine).

His speaking engagements include U.S. Mobile Banking & Payments 2016, Global Finance awards, London FinTech Week 2016, MBLT 2016 & 2017, PLUS Forum 2016.

Prior to joining Tinkoff, Maxim was the CEO and board member of CJSC MOBI.Money, a universal system for electronic and mobile payments and is the key player in the mobile and e-commerce market. Prior to that, Maxim was CEO of Summa Telecom Ukraine.

He has held various positions in the mobile and gaming content industry and was head of products and services at Megafon, Russia’s mobile telecom giant in the early 2000s.
