Matthew Harwood is the Head of Customer Messaging across the NatWest Group. He is responsible for transforming how the Bank communicates with their customers and clients in their day to day engagement across the brands. Before taking on this challenge he was responsible for driving a data driven approach to onsite and offsite marketing in his role as Head of Digital Personalisation for Retail at NatWest Group. He has a wealth of experience in delivering great customer outcomes in Financial Services through building empowered Digital and Data teams.
