Martin Sladecek is the Director of Digital Strategic Studies in Société Générale. Martin focuses on the top innovative trends and business opportunities within digital banking and definition of a new customer value in the new challenging era of banking. He evangelizes related & up-to-date topics such as the open banking, open economy, digital identity, shared and aggregated services and API business across the bank with the special focus on banking & financial innovations, innovation culture, fintech, sustainability, and emerging market trends. Before joining Société Générale, Martin has worked as management and business advisor and consultant with over 20 years of hands-on consultancy and managerial experiences in the business and ICT challenges of the banking and finance sector focusing on business innovations, digital marketing and communication, technology advantages and multichannel solutions delivered to CEE banking market leaders such as Komerční banka (Société Générale), VÚB (Intesa Sanpaolo), Československá obchodní banka (KBC) or Global Payments Europe. Martin holds an Ph.D. and Certificate in Management from the Czech Technical University in Prague and besides his banking career acts as the professional coach.
