Martin is the Mortgages Product Owner for Lloyds Banking Group. His role is primarily focused on digitising the mortgage journey in all channels (digital, remote, branch and intermediary) and all LBG mortgage brands (Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, Birmingham Midshires and Scottish Widows Bank) to create a simpler, more convenient and engaging customer experience. Martin has extensive experience across the full range of channels, products and functions in banking and insurance. He has led operations, IT, change, finance, strategy and business development teams in the UK and internationally. Martin lives in Edinburgh with his wife Sarah and three children.
