Marnix is driving the Partnerships agenda for Retail Banking and works closely with the countries to drive and implement the Partnerships strategy. Always searching for new partner opportunities to help drive acquisition, and deliver new propositions to serve customers digitally.

Marnix co-founded GoBear in Singapore where he was their Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Product Officer. Back in his native country, the Netherlands, he was Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Kroodle. Prior to that, he was VP, Strategy & Innovation at Aegon, having started his career at ING. He is a leader with a proven track record of building businesses and partnerships with large financial institutions and high growth start-ups as well as government entities.

He enjoys the challenge of turning strategy into reality as well as using technology to deliver measurable impact. He is passionate about working every day to improve people’s financial health. Outside of work he likes to explore the world with his wife and two kids, play tennis, go mountain biking, wine & dine and brew his own beer.
