Mark is the Senior VP, head of Innovation Management at DBS Bank based in Singapore.  Mark leads internal innovation programs that help DBS discover and define the future of DBS products and services, using tools and frameworks such as Human Centered Design, Customer Journey thinking.

Prior to DBS, Mark was based in Shanghai as Strategy Director for R/GA, a digital innovations agency, working with brands such as Beats By Dre, Nike, Old Navy & Western Digital.  In Shanghai, Mark co-founded TechyiZu, an open-source volunteer organization that pillars the Shanghai technology and entrepreneurship communities through events.  Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Mark hold a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Reed College in Portland, Oregon.
