Malin Lignell has more than 20 years of experience working with advisory services for both individual customers and corporates within Handelsbanken. She has been in leadership roles at several Handelsbanken branches for more than ten of those years. In September 2019 she joined the team for Digitalisation and Innovation where Malin now works at both strategic and operational levels combining communication within the organisation at large as well as externally and project management to drive, inspire and challenge the organisation to become more innovative and focus on the opportunities that come with the bank’s digitalisation journey. Focus areas are understanding changes in customer behaviour and business models following trends in emerging technologies.
