Liisa Kanniainen has worked over 20 years in the forefront of future payments in different roles covering innovation, product management, pioneering R&D development, industry level business development and analysis in various roles. For the past five years she has fully concentrated in understanding the strategic impacts of digital disruption from Nordea’s perspective.

Liisa joined Nordea from the position of Executive Director of Mobey Forum. During her 10-years Mobey Forum leadership she became a globally recognized public speaker and contributor to industry discussion. She started her mobile financial services career already in 1995 at Nokia, where she kicked off and led several pioneering development projects related to m-commerce and mobile security.
