Lenka is senior leader with international experience and proven track record in setting strategic vision and its execution, digital transformation leadership and enhancement of organizational agility. She is passionate about innovation driven by unlocking talents and teams empowerment.

Lenka has earned Digital Excellence Diploma from IMD Business School of Switzerland, graduated C-level School organized by European Women in Boards, and is Master of Science in Computer Sciences.
Apart from her job assignments, Lenka volunteers as President of PMI Czech Republic, representation of global NGO Project Management Institute.
