Before joining NatWest in January 2024, Lauran was at Nationwide Building Society, where she spearheaded technical implementations, including print and digital communication capabilities. Her early career was spent at JP Morgan, gaining extensive experience across the investment bank, securities, and treasury departments, which laid the groundwork for her current expertise in financial technology.
