With 18 years experience in large, complex organisations, Kate is Head of Innovation Communities at Lloyds Banking Group. She works in the space where people, technology and organisation meet, and is passionate about digital disruption and innovation, individual and group psychology and organisational culture. Recently she led Digital Transformation at Cancer Research UK with a team of change agents, focusing on skillset, behaviour, mindset, and culture change. Before that she set up and ran the innovation team, digital team and also a Working Out Loud programme at international magic circle law firm, Allen & Overy. She is a mental health crisis volunteer, works part time and is training in psychoanalysis and organisational dynamics.
