Having nearly 25 years’ experience spanning Academia, the Arts and Financial Services, Kate is the LBG Innovation lead for Incubator and Accelerator relationships at Lloyds Banking Group. She is a native protagonist and passionate about shaping and enabling value-driven disruptive change. Recently she delivered the groundwork for both the relationship management and data /digital elements for the Group Strategic Review within LBG Commercial Bank, and has previously worked at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, where she lead the initial build out and subsequent success of the single dealer platform know known as CitiVelocity for EMEA Equities. She was also a founder and subsequent board member of Trade Ideas Limited (TIL), a ground-breaking, vendor neutral industry utility for electronic alpha capture.
