I have been working in the payments industry for more than 15 years as a Solutions Consultant, Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. Firstly with ACI Worldwide and then Iliad Solutions.

In that time a lot has changed, but a lot has also remained the same.  Initially my focus was on e-Commerce with the advent of additional online security mechanisms such as 3D-Secure and Electronic Document Delivery.  Since then I have sold solutions to organisations around Europe to help them meet new regulations and adopt new payments instruments and channels.

Most recently prior to joining OpenWay I was focused on helping clients pro-actively test their payments systems end-to-end.  This is a vital step in the challenge of migrating from Legacy to Modern payments systems.

Now as part of the OpenWay team, my role is to help organisations understand the benefits of new technology, supporting existing functionality in a solution that meets the needs of today and offers support for future innovation.
