Graduated in Engineering and Industrial Management from Instituto Superior Técnico and with an MBA from Harvard Business School, José Figueiredo started his career at the Boston Consulting Group. After having left his position as consultant in the multinational, José spent a year working at the NGO Save the Children as the responsible for the launch of Save the Children in Brazil.

Posteriorly to his MBA conclusion, José was CEO at Orizon Vision. In 2014, he integrated Oxy Capital, having been assigned to the executive direction of Grupo Mota. By the end of 2016, José joined as the CEO of ComparaJá.pt, a free platform of comparison of financial products and Telco services.

José Figueiredo is part of the Portuguese Harvard Club Administration and the AFIP Administrator – Portuguese FinTech and InsurTech Association.
