Joosep is the Compliance Advisory Lead at Chainalysis, where he helps financial institutions and crypto native businesses build compliance programs in order to offer new products to their customers and encourage cryptocurrency adoption. Prior to joining Chainalysis, Joosep worked in FinCrime and AML roles across the financial services ecosystem, including at a European cryptocurrency broker, a leading Nordic investment bank, and PwC.
