Joo Lee is the Chief Technology Officer of Endowus, a leading digital wealth platform in Asia.

As CTO, he oversees the development and scaling of Endowus’ technology capabilities to provide the best-in-class digital experience for all clients. Joo is responsible for regulatory and technological compliance, cybersecurity and technology risk management as well as gap management with MAS regulations.

Prior to Endowus, Joo was a Quantitative Developer and Trading Team Lead at StashAway, where he oversaw the development of the front-middle-back office systems, while automating the wealth management operations across the fintech firm.

With over 10 years of experience in the finance sector as a frontend and backend software programmer, Joo has developed front office trading systems for investment banks such as Macquarie, UBS and Goldman Sachs.
