As Head of Digital Product John is the business owner for First Direct’s digital services.  John is involved in leading a range of initiatives including digital transformation, open banking and engagement with fintechs.   He is also a Director of the Paym Mobile Payments scheme and was previously Head of Mobile Banking for HSBC UK.
