Jessica is responsible for payments strategy and strategic insights, as well as regulatory, industry and external engagement. She sits on a number of industry fora, in the UK and Europe, on behalf of NatWest. With over twenty years senior level experience working in business and financial services including consulting and investment banking at Morgan Stanley; Jessica has spent the last eight years at the heart of the payments industry. Jessica has a MEng from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School. She lives in London and is married with two children.
