Currently he is the Director of Architecture for Barclays UK Information Business and has responsibility for driving Technology Strategy, Innovation and Technology Architecture for creating innovative products and driving exceptional customer engagement. He is passionate about helping the business deliver a truly world class customer journey and at the same time delivering value for the shareholders. He is a keen explorer of exponential technologies like machine learning and AI, and how they can be used to drive innovation and massive automation in financial services, especially in a digital world.
