During the past years I have focused on operational excellence with different purposes for optimization e.g. improved customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve, faster time-to-market, legal and regulatory stability. Today I´m Group Executive Vice President in Sydbank Operations enabling the organization to increase efficiency, decrease cost-to-serve and increase customer satisfaction at the same time.
