Jaakko Vilén serves as the Regional Vice President for the Nordics region at nCino EMEA, where he helps financial institutions leverage the cloud to transform their commercial lending processes. Jaakko has over 16 years’ experience in financial services and technology and has a background as a netbank developer. During the past two decades, he has witnessed and contributed to the rise of mobile banking, customer service operations transformation into multichannel 24/7 operations and the emerging possibilities of cloud banking. Prior to joining nCino, Jaakko has held various roles for example at Salesforce and in the Nordic digital banking space.
