Ingrid Bocris

Head of Marketing and Digital for International Retail Banking, Société Générale

Graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris with a specialisation in finance and holds an MBA in Strategy and Organization. She started her career in consulting in 1997 at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

From 1999 to 2005, within strategy teams of Arthur Andersen Management and BearingPoint, she managed merger and acquisition projects as well as developed marketing and commercial strategies for financial services, retail business and telecom companies.

She joined the Société Générale Group in November 2005 in the insurance business line as Head of Marketing, in charge of client strategy, omnichannel distribution

and business development in France. She diversified the company’s distribution networks as well as the business portfolio, developing protection activities and launching the health business for Société Générale.

In January 2013, she joined international retail as Chief of Staff of IBFS top management (International Banking and Financial Services), in charge of the creation of the division, the steering of cross-functional projects, particularly in retail.

In July 2015, she was appointed Head of Marketing and Distribution for International Retail Activities, in charge of customer experience, digital and omnichannel distribution.
