Gonzalo Rodríguez (Bilbao, 1973) is Head of Client Solutions Spain since 2020. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Retail Customers (2018-2020), the Head of Digital Transformation in Spain (2016-2018) and the Global Head of Core Customer Solutions (2014-2016). He joined BBVA in 2014. Before joining BBVA, Gonzalo was a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s, having joined the Firm in Madrid in 2002. Gonzalo has worked extensively for the firm’s U.S., Spanish and Portuguese Offices, with emphasis on financial institutions.

Gonzalo holds an MBA from the University of Navarra (Barcelona), and a Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Deusto.
