Gemma Willman is commercially focused with a wealth of experience in large corporate institutions and FinTech start-ups across all areas of the industry. As Head of Workforce Enablement at NatWest – covering the breadth of strategic workforce planning across Services – Gemma leads our workforce and academy strategies to ensure we develop and continue extending an Agile learning organisation. Through leading the bank-wide Resource Augmentation Programme, Gemma is also responsible for ensuring that the direction, expectation and outcomes from the programme champion the One-bank outlook through driving a fundamental step-change in our approach to change skills and capability needs, ultimately transforming the way we meet future workforce requirements.
