Gary Wong is the Head of GrabPay, Singapore, where he oversees the rapid expansion of GrabPay as one of Singapore’s leading mobile wallets. He focuses on driving adoption of GrabPay with local cash-based SMEs through strategic partnerships. Through his engagement with regulators and key partners in both the financial and non-financial sectors, Gary is helping to drive Singapore towards a cashless future.

Gary brings to Grab deep experience in building partnerships and products, tailored to consumers’ needs. Prior to joining Grab, Gary was heading up strategic partnerships within the Cards team in OCBC, spearheading collaborations with the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC) Group, Great Eastern, Ministry of Education, and more. Prior to OCBC, Gary also held various co-brand product and marketing roles at DBS and UOB.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
Gary is also passionate about football, and has recently obtained a kids coaching license to impart his love of sports to others.
