Fernn is currently driving OCBC Bank’s corporate innovation and Fintech ecosystem engagement plans. She leads OCBC’s corporate accelerator and is in charge of hunting for the best global Fintech companies to jointly solve some of the greatest industry problems. She also oversees OCBC’s Fintech ecosystem engagement plans by ensuring a strong TOV digital presence. To foster intrapreneurship in OCBC, Fernn is also in charge of designing a series of Fintech events and digital training programmes.

Fernn has worked in different sectors in both London and Singapore. She is a double Masters holder, has a degree in Mathematics and has recently completed a Fintech programme with the University of Oxford
