Felim has over 20 years experience within the Financial Services sector in Ireland leading IT, Operations and Change functions. Having started his working life as a COBOL programmer on mainframe systems, Felim’s subsequent career focused on transformational change in Enterprise Organisations, moving the dial on digital banking and insurance. Recognising the role Starling Bank is playing as a thought-leader in Digital Banking, he joined as Chief Operating Officer at Starling Bank in September 2019, helping to lead their international expansion.
