Eduardo is an Executive Member of Medallia’s leadership team and oversees Medallia’s EMEA business across the UK, France, Spain, Italy, the Middle East and Africa. Since joining Medallia in 2014, Eduardo has played a critical role driving growth, scaling various departments, and successfully leading Medallia to a high profile IPO on the NYSE. Eduardo focuses on grooming Medallia’s top talent and leaders, expanding footprint and supporting client success. Prior to Medallia, Eduardo dedicated his career to advising global organisations across industries in a variety of roles. From 2004 to 2011, Eduardo was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in New York. As an Equity Analyst he worked closely with financial institutions focused on Pan European Equities research. Later, he joined the Fixed Income division where his focus shifted to sovereign and corporate entities seeing risk management advisory in Commodities. From 2011-2014, Eduardo consolidated his strategy expertise at Boston Consulting Group’s London practice. There he focused on strategy case work spanning financial services, basic materials and private equity industries. Eduardo holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.A. with a double major in Economics and Political Science from Bates College & the University of Oxford. Today he and his family are London-based.
